Who is eligible for a pre-settlement funding advance?

If you have a personal injury claim and are represented by an attorney and over the age of 18.

We offer funding amounts anywhere from $500 to $50,000. Your amount will depend on a variety factors including but not limited to liability, medical treatment, insurance carrier, policy limits and stage of case.

How much money can I ask for?

If we fund your case, Cash Cow Funding will enter into a lawsuit funding agreement wih you and your attorney. If you win your lawsuit, the advance's repayment will be due when you receive your settlement award. Remember, if you lose your lawsuit, you owe Cash Cow Funding nothing!

What if amount funded is not enought? Will you provide additional funding?
